Is There a Standard for Matter?

There's a part of the speck called matter t v. And it's basically just universal casting, either from ap to ap, or apt tives once they're there. So if you have a t v that supports matter, it will support having this casting standard hit it. But so in theory, a couple of years from now, all thisis going to get shaken up again.
