The Budget of the DRC
Some in the DRC are praising the new budget set out by Prime Minister Samalukonda. The draft budget presented was equivalent to a record 14.6 billion USD collected by the state. I personally didn't take seriously what was said and I knew it was not going to happen. It has been the case many times that the government presented budgets and then they know clearly it won't be achieved.
