The Importance of Community in Health Coaching

I was thinking about this very interesting experience that I had last week. Do you think health coaches inherently have the obligation to make services available to everyone at every income bracket? Yes or no? So as with any product or service, pricing is subjective. What's too high for one person is totally fine for another.
