The Importance of the Process in Coaching
The importance of each thing is shifting and changing. I wanted to be focused on if I just took a coach who was in a full time coaching position to 200k, what do they need to learn? And I wanted my process to be very constrained. My thought process has never been that you are a more serious coach because you are full time. Not from what I've seen at all. So I really think the filter moving forward is do you as the student want to join a room where all you think about is your business and making money doing only the most essential things?! If the answer is yes, let's go!"
