We're looking like day to day, just kind of explain, you know, how to use HRV from day to day versus kind of trends over time and what that difference means. So if my HRV is like, hi, every single day, it means that I'm probably not doing too much. And so athletes who had sort of maybe on average, higher HRV, but with sort of less variability. Less variability in heart rate variability is a really good thing.
