Peter Bergen: The extent to which we've normalized and tolerated just straight up discrimination against Asian Americans in particular is just disturbing. He says it's tempting not to look too closely at what it means for people who are less talented to live in a deep democratic society. "I can understand the case for affirmative action, but I feel I'm bivoting about it," he said.
