The idea of embracing your hypocrisy is if you can actively seek the moments when you have identified that you're a hypocrite or somebody else has identified your hypocrite, that's fantastic. You're opening like the key to the castle in making improvement and change in your organization. And especially if you're an educator and you find that you're doing things that you educate the opposite of, the embracing the hypocrisy is really important for your organization to learn about itself. For receiving feedback, it's that the most valuable feedback is the most painful feedback.
