I think the meaning of an object in your dream can differ based on your own experiences, if that makes sense. Something i found really interesting as all, about the subconscious mind is, which i think will tie into part to a is that it is truly primal. So it will try protect like it literally has a flight, a fight or flight mentality. Which is why sometimes i don't think it's the most trusted source because we're not in that state of mind where we need to constantly be worried that we're going to die.
