The Importance of Data Confidence
Maths and stats is a big part of it because when people see charts and dashboards, actually they see the graphs and charts that you used to see when there was pretty maths. But really, it's just the fear of the unknown in a lot of cases. It's not understanding why everyone's so hot on it. And I think the industry as a whole does quite a bad job of demystifying its language or making it seem less complex than it needs to be.
