Eleanor Rosemon Baracluff is a lecturer in environmental history at Bath Spa University. She has researched and lectured on Viking Age culture and history for many years. With a wide-reaching knowledge of the history and physical heritage of Oslo, Eleanor is the ideal guide to lead us around the city perched at the tip of its namesake fjord. Together we'll explore its Viking origins, its medieval fortifications, its modern museums and its scenic interland. We'll also meet some of the characters who influenced the evolution of Oslo.
