Do We Have a Treatment for AKI?

The patient probably does have an AKI, we just can't see it. So supportive treatment and virus, volume management or viruses, no viruses, get them good. Those are the only things we can do and medication closing that's what I like personally is those medications. The same bank amizing doesn't need to go to because of kidney expression. It may not be vancomycin overdose, but it's just that vancomycin didn't clear because the patient has had an AKI.
