The Paradime Shifting Moment

Two friends of mine found out that their cancer, which had previously been remission, was back. And i sort of had a moment of like, that could be there's no reason that that couldn't be me to morrow, or next month or next year. For so much of my life, taking care of myself was but aesthetics. It was about weightloss. But every choice i make is either helping keep me healthy, or it's moving me towards illness and sickness right? So that perspective has really helped me look forward to the opportunity to eat well and exercise and get enough sleep at this phase of my life.
