This is the conclusion of a two part series on operation vengeance, the us. Militaries plan to ambush and assassinate japanese admiral who planned attack on pearl harbor. In part one, we spent a lot of time getting to know yama moto as a person. We learned about his talents, his character flaws, what he cared about and who he cared about. Also met two young american pilots, tom lanfear and rex barber,. They were shipped out to fiji to complete their flight training after Pearl Harbor. Almost immediately, the two became close friends but later began seeing shades of ambition in each other that would end up fracturing their relationship.
