Food Tech vs Consumer Brand?
How do you distinguish between like the consumer brand side of things and also food tech? How are some of the growth capex and capital structures quite different? And what's kind of the ideal result when investing in either of these categories? Yeah, it's a great question. For us, I just would take a step back for a second and say that we're first and foremost market backed investors. We don't invest in technology just for tech's sake.
