The Fed May Pause, but the Equities Market Is Still Weak

The swaps market is indicating bets seem to favor a Fed pause rather than more tightening in May, but even with that, there was weakness in pockets of the equity market. "I feel like the market is kind of waiting for more shoes to drop as far as where this monetary tightening is going to slow the economy," says Regan.
