How to Assess Your Research Findings and Design Work Confidencefully

UX is a particular role will live amongst the team. So there may be a researcher, but there's not going to be somebody who just does UX. That'll be what everybody does. And maybe that's the question we should be asking ourselves: How confidently can we assess whether our own research findings or design work is fit for purpose? I don't really care what they do with my money as long as it grows.
