Do You Need a Midfoot Strike?
There is evidence out there, if you do transition to more of a midfoot strike than your tech can become slightly more efficient. However, it won't reduce your risk of injury. All it is is shifting your load throughout the body. What does matter is how far in front of your body your foot contacts and this applies to ah breaking force through the body.
