The Blue Light Problem
There are at least three ways that those gadgets will disrupt your sleep. The first is using them before sleep, the second is what we call sleep procrastination and the third is anticipatory anxiety. Turn down half of the lights in your house in the last hour before you go to bed. You may be surprised at how sleep enhancing and how tired and good your sleep becomes after doing away with the gadgets.
