How to Make the Most of Your Weekends

Life is too short to be wishing away the only days in our week where we don't have to be at work. weekends are a great time for us to be able to turn our attention to something that we feel passionately about. If you're feeling low and lost then ask yourself some questions about what it is that we might be able to start doing for ourselves. I really think that the thing to do is to get still, still your mind as much as you can with meditation or breath work because they can get you out of your mind and into your body.
