The Growth Plan for JCPenney Construction

The growth plan was to grow the service business, acquire new customers in that space and then ultimately work towards also developing a construction division. But when COVID happened, it almost shut down our service division entirely. And JCPenney actually went bankrupt during COVID as well. So it really forced us to pivot even harder into construction. Those types of projects were still going on. Unfortunately, we had made that pivot at a very good time and picked up our first large construction project at the National Institute of Health.
