Learning Live With Humans Is a Fun Experience

There's nothing more enjoyable and engaging than getting to go from the ineet sort of just yelling into the void, to actually seein real people that you know aregn. And then have an interaction with another human that they can use what you're teaching them to make a difference. I think our industry has become caught up in a ton of argument and tribalism over optimality training methodology. i'm noticing that train and it's showing up on multiple fronts. It actualy creates barriers to access to the industry, verses it is helping.
