The Importance of Gut Health in Training

If you're going to sort of train low, so which is a phrase you would use when there's not a lot of carbohydrates available to the body, you don't necessarily want to train low on super significant or super intense sessions for those reasons. So fiber is a very common, I guess carbohydrates are a really, really good source of fiber. That's going to help people feel full for longer. It's also going to help with their gut health. And I'm sure you've, yourself, or the listeners have seen all the headlines around the importance of gut health and the implications on mood or just general wellbeing.
