The Incontrovertible Arrow of Time

Most scientists, pretty much all scientists, say there's an arrow of time that's incontrovertible. That's the only law and physics in which time has an irreversible arrow. Matter is only 4% of the known universe. It's likely to be much smaller than that. So what's the rest of the universe? It's not physical. And time isn't operating. It's operating differently on different dimensions. Does that make sense? I can explicate any of that because that was a lot of information.
