Clifford sanders was shot dead by his wife teresa on September 19 64. A single bullet shattered the 23 year old's left wrist, entered his chest and penetrated his heart. Teresa had appeared at deputy sheriff may'shouse with bruises around her wrists and neck two weeks earlier.
