Is There a Neural Technology That Can Read the Unconscious?

He says, you know, there already exist neural technologies that can read the unconscious and implant into the brain emotions, thoughts, ideas and feelings. This is not science fiction. This is reality. And he also goes on to say, well, the future can unite chile. These futuristic technologies that can write in your brain and change who you are and change what you think, can united chile.
