And i recommend you do this for every deal, what happened that i thought would make this deal work, and why ultimately didn't it work? We have to make assumptions sometimes. But i think that also helps you distance yourself to rather than say, i should feel bad about this,. You can say, here' some concrete steps i would take that are different next time. That's the feedback loop that we need in order to improve.
