How to Connect Your Stove and Vent to Home Assistant

The stove does not do very much with Home Assistant so I can send some. It's also this Wi-Fi thingy that's connected via the Siemens integration. But what you can see in Home Assistant is if you've set a timer for one dish or whatever, you can see the elapsed time in Home Assistant but honestly that's not very useful. The most use that you have is that you can switch on the vent from the stove via Wi-Fi. For the vent, it's another way because we have a wooden fireplace and we are forced to have some pressure governor that switches off the vent if there's not enough pressure from the chimney. We also have some central ventilation
