Is There a Fascination With Protein?

Foods high in fibre tend to have the same effect when we feel full. Fibre is so important, and i think we don't eat enough of it, collectively. Instead of having white bread, which i probably prefer, to brown bread,. you could switch to whole grain rice including lots of beans and things like that. You can mix them into lots of different dishes, e, and a little bit of them probably goes a long way. Enow fruits and er vegetables.
