The Importance of Structure in a Company
I think you can have a lot of informal, fluid conversation and note-taking in a pretty untructured way. As long as that is underpinned by structure, then you'll find. That's how we generally work a deal. We can work on these hot topics for two or three days at a time. Everything is formalized and put into an SOP or a standard organizational structure. At least eight startup is always a mess. Engine is pushing code very quickly. There are tens of hundreds of people using the button every minute.
