This episode originally aired earlier this year, but i'm wondering if you got a chance to listen to it. Inner child work is about our adult doing the work that was denied to us as children. We don't need anyone outside of ourselves to heal our childhood wounds. As we discover the part of us who is capable comfetent nurturing, we can give the ity version of us what it needed and was ultimately denied.
