How Do You Set Up a Cable?

The point of most resistance in a cable isn't gravity. It's when your forearm gets perpendicular to the cable. So you can actually shift the resistance curve on where the movement is hardest based on how high that cable is set. In week three, I'll usually take those short movements into partials like Anders was saying. And then the final week right before we deload, may take our back squats and our RDLs to the point of technical failure. That's a super ambiguous term when you're talking about these like huge massive compound movements that extend at three different joints.
