I was recently watching a video with Matt versus Japan who's been working on his own pitch accent for the last couple of years quite intensively. I'm wondering in your case now that you've been speaking Chinese fluently for decades over 40 years it does there come a point where it's completely automatic you no longer need to think am I getting this right yes? You have to start out with a solid foundation you have to really do the work and I really did like when I was in Germany I was writing characters every day so I was pretty prepared when I got back in university classes. After about five years I think you moved to your end up moving to Taiwan is that right?
