The Return of Small Cap Stocks

The Russell 2000 has underperformed the S&P 500 by nearly 50% over the past five years. Small companies are doing quite well, but they're not capturing the attention of the average investor. The last time that small cap stocks underperform large caps by such an extent was in 2000. We don't like a company that could be on the wrong end of how evolving this industry is.
