How often do you want to do a more formal check in? I tend to like to at least once a quarter, think about where does this person want to go. There are so many different schools of thought about how often you should have a performance management conversation. We're going to be polite and persistent in rooting out that kind of language. Maybe the word i was looking for was actually perceive as i wos to understand.
