Is There a Need for a Town Square?
I remember covering malls a little bit, like back after the financial crisis and all the stories that got all the most page views online at the Wall Street Journal were like, malls are dying. But I don't think malls aren't dead, but that's what everyone thinks. There are also many malls that are still very popular and are minting money. The suburbs have changed so much since the 1950s.
