I Love the Language of the French

Every year my school organized an all expenses paid school trip to a place called Plène Fuscher in Brittany. It's a small village of just less than 2000s set deep into the countryside where students could really get to grips with everyday rural French folk. So as you can imagine, I absolutely loved it. But despite being an average Francophile, I must change my tone dramatically because the story I'm about to tell you is not a happy one. In fact, it might be the worst thing that had ever happened during my childhood.
