There's been a book written in the last five years that says, e immediately upon waking up, eat, you know, five to seven small meals. A what do you what d say to thatnd, you dowt eat chocolate if you want it a and everything in moderationwel? Well, i think it goes back to this very reductionistic thinking. If we go back to how people eat before the process food industry, before refrigeration, there was food scarcity. And if our bodies didn't have the ability to become fat adapted, we wouldn't have survived.
