Not everything that comes up is a realization from the deep eye, or whatever you may feel. There are other layers in your mind that are part of the conditioning of who you are. We're very frequently misinterpret the world through our conditioning be very misinterpreted situations. So, yes, it is a very important discovery that a lot of these things are part of your conditioning.
