Where to Go on a Retreat
Go to a place that you like. Don't just go on a retreat just to do it, especially if it's like a pre-treatry or like a group thing. Go with even if it's a silent retreat for a weekend. There are places that we would consider holy here in the United States. It's also a great gift to be able to just kind of be carried along for a retreat. You can just adopt the form of life, which has been proven efficacious by those who have lived it.
