i had this experience for a really long time of what i would now call dissociation, where i actually experienced a lack of sensation. It was hard for me to ever feel my body a i noticed tat the only time i really actually felt my body was when i was inreally dangerous or life threatening situations. And so starting to understand the way the body speaks in owhat i'd call activation or a lack of activation, and really understanding when we are feeling too much or when we're feeling nothing is very important.
