With both the asana and with the pranayama I find that the last 10 minutes will be where glorious uh results are had but everything up until that point is kind of like you know just wrestling with yourself to make sure everything stays on track. The idea that you would move any more than the minimum amount of movement required to close the nostrils or whatever is surprising so I think he's he's showing you this little this little gesture that is the the result of the the muscle structure opening and then contracting the lungs the diaphragm the abdomen the whole thing. He says because he consistently uses this kind of language it sounds intense like everything sounds so intense all the time
