Justin Sun's Status as an Ambassador to the United States
Sun is believed to be living in Singapore and or Hong Kong. The permanent representation to the World Trade Organization effectively allowed him to have diplomatic immunity within Geneva when he was on a diplomatic mission. But it generally doesn't provide him with much shielding from extradited to the United States. I wouldn't expect him to get extradited from Singapore.
