In scenario three, denser metropolitan regions and lower levels of car ownership. Scenario four is like our turbocharged in a positive sense scenario but more ambitious. We say what if we really brought mode shares in line with places where folks use the most transit? What if we densify even more or bring vehicle ownership rates down even more? And I just want to flag that even in scenario four, there are lots of EVs.
