That's the loss of bone density. And sarcopenia sucks. It really is hard as you get older to build muscle mass. So I'm just pounding at that muscle and it's just a number one priority for me. But there is a couple of approaches from stem cell drive medicines. Another thing is a vaccine we're developing for space flight to stop muscle loss and bone loss, which could be used by arctagenarians to stop muscle lost and bone loss
