Joyce says she has found that women tend to share a lot more than men do. Joyce and her co-hosts record what they say on the show, then edit it down for later playback. They have veto power so there is not just the raw tape of whatever we say. "I think that makes everybody feel safer and hopefully a little braver," joyce says.
