The Importance of Integrating People Into a Startup
I think there are two main goals. One of them is not destroying value right away, because if they leave right away, it would seem it would look like and feel like everything is going to be destroyed. And some people would-some people like startups that because they're close to the founders, so when they leave, they will also leave. Because that's what they like. They like the feeling of being by the side of a founder. But some other people want to make a career. So when you do an integration and you find people that want to grow within the acquiring company, then you are able to sustain that.
