The Future of Disability in the Workplace
I think pretty much any organization would benefit from a lot of intentional thinking about inclusion. One of the biggest gaps I see is that a lot of people see the word accommodation and they think to themselves, that's expensive. And so there's kind of this immediate fear of opening up the conversation maybe. But once people are educated and know what we're actually talking about when we talk about accommodations, it's pretty quick to close. They can be as simple as a quick thing that you sort of overlay your existing systems.
