It's no secret that social media can be addictive and spending too much time on the internet might lead to decreased self-esteem, increased loneliness, higher rates of anxiety and depression. So maybe turn off your phone once in a while, go on a walk, read a book, go to bed early, call up your friend, get some food, you know?
