I just find it almost ironic that, on top of everything else that these people have to deal with, they have to dealing with menaces in their own community. I think you can do pretty stringent ways to make sure that only one social security number gets a card per month. But you can have people gaming at me. People are clever, man, very it's like the whole thing with drugs right? And i'm out of step with the majority of americans there as well. but i think it is absolutely insane that sitting our prisons are the antfanors of poor neighborhoods. If i'd grown up poor in these neighborhoods, i ought have been a dealer too, man."
