The Importance of Ageism in Pastors

There's some real ageism going on with Timothy in the early days. It takes a moment for me to put myself in the mindset that this person is my pastor or my preacher, if I'm not attending a church, but he I just happen to be at that service for a Sunday. And again, you know, this is not uncommon. You understand why people who are especially if they're in their 70s or 80s and they have somebody in their 20s who's called to be their pastor,. why it might be a challenge for some people to hear what they have to say.
